Kansas District has a lot of good materials on their Kansas Mission Ablaze! Page. One of the best is their own kansas-idea-book that has lots of Ideas.

You can find a lot of early Lutheran writings at Project Wittenburg, freely accessible including The Book of Concord, but if you want a hard copy you can get Concordia: The Lutheran Confessions-A Readers Edition of the Book of Concord – 2nd edition
